In Hot Weather, VINT Technology allows body temperature heat to move freely out through the fabric, while external airflow is able to flow swiftly in through the fabric. In Cooler Weather, VINT Technology provides amazing performance as a lightweight "active second layer" or "next to ski base layer". Both of these uses provide amazing natural body temperature regulation by allowing hot air to move out away from the body, and external airflow in through the fabric. Wicking sweat, keeping the layer dry, and balancing optimal body temperature as needed.

UPF30+ SUN PROTECTION
ANETIK's 97% Sun Protection is provided by the knitted weave of the fabric. That density of the fabric's knitted weave is what provides the user's UV Protection over the skin and that Sun Protection functionality is permanent. It does not "wear off". There is a reality of natural fabric wear that happens to all fabrics over extended use and heavy exposure to the elements, but ANETIK's general Sun Protection benefits are built into the fabric structure.

ANETIK does not apply supplemental wash of chemicals for temporary effects like cool touch feel, antimicrobial, insect repellent, etc. Those noted chemical additive washes slowly wash out of the fabric (most last only 10 washes total) Chemicals also wash off onto the user so we focus on staying away from all chemical additive fabric treatments for those reasons.

This by far my favorite long sleeve hoodie for hot weather. Perfect for the beach, fishing, yard work, watching the kids outside, whatever. Actually keeps you cooler in hot weather. The longer sleeves with the finger hole and loop is a great feature in particular. I have the low pro and love it too but this one beats it

Love this top. So comfortable and cool
I’m a big fan of Anitek because of the hundreds of hours of wear in the sun I’ve gotten with a shirt I bought a few years ago. This upgraded shirt is lighter, cooler, and more comfortable, but with the same great sun protection of the prior gen.
Husband loves his new hoody. Great quality, love the light blue colour.
It's a gift. He doesn't know I got it for him. I know he'll love it though. He raved about his brothers.

My new favorite shirt - I used to buy Columbia and Patagonia but I find this shirt lighter and better at wicking Ga's 85% 92 degree days. Lasts too. Bought one for Dad too. Can't say enough positive things.
Great fit, love the extra hand coverage
I'm spending a week on a sailboat and wanted to expand beyond REI's (pretty good) usual brands. I bought shirts from multiple brands through IG marketing, and this was my favorite. Love the weight and feel of the material, along with the fit (XL). Long enough for me without looking baggy (6'0, 215lbs). Drawstrings make the hoody stay in place when I want, and loose when I want the breeze. I fear the breathability will not wear well--the shirt seems prone to snags, but I'll take that trade off.
Great fix, excellent materials, well made
Love this hoody for wearing for hours on long distance hikes in exposed sun areas. Fabric is like a micro-mesh, breathable and cool. The drawstring hood really shines when it gets windy on ridges in the desert. Wish it had a watch flap on the left sleeve like some other brands are starting to do. The forearms are tight at first but loosen up over time.
I've seen a review or two that the fabric gets pilled after washing - DO NOT PUT THIS FABRIC IN THE DRYER, you brutes, you animals. Wash COLD and HANG to dry, like a gentleman. It dries in about 15 minutes outside unless its super humid. Love my EQ Tech Hoody.
Tournament fishing guy here. Worn lots of different brands. The fit on these is excellent. Nicely fitted to the body, arms are great length, can put the hood up without it wanting to constantly fall back down. Material is so lightweight that it feels like you’re fishing in your birthday suit

Order a size up. The fit is snug, would be nice if it was a little more loose since it’s for fishing. Great material though.
On the website, it says “order a size up”. Some people that doesn’t apply. The shirts are amazing, I ordered 4 more, IN THE PROPER SIZE. Not everyone is my build, the shirts are great! I am trying to return the bigger shirts for the proper size, as we speak. Great shirts, pull the trigger and buy them.
Bought this for trip to Sarasota that involved 5 days of Sun exposure. Fit was great, shirt comfortable zip pocket just right for small sunblock and lip balm . No red neck for me.
I went fishing for three days and this shirt was perfect to keep the sun at bay. The thumb hole to keep the back of my hand from burning puts this shirt over the top.
Big fan of these hoodies - very light, moves well, and really comfortable.
First ordered last summer, had an issue and was promptly taken care of. Since have ordered another 12 or so shirts and some for the kids. Comfortable all year long down in gulfs coast.

Fit exactly as it should. Loose, breathable. Hood covers my whole bigass head. Perfect for sunshade.

Love the coolness and SPF coverage. Don’t have to use that all over sunscreen anymore. No sunburn after multiple opportunities. Thumb-sleeve length is perfect. However, the fabric snags easily. Each time it comes out of the washer and dryer there are more. Some can be pulled back, most cannot. Might by another depending on how it looks at the end of the season.
