30 DAY RETURN POLICY / PROCEDURE

EXCHANGES: 

If you'd like to make an exchange, please follow our return policy below and place a new order for your preferred product.  This procedure will ensure the preferred product is available and will get to you as soon as possible. 

DOMESTIC (U.S.) RETURNS: 

If you are not satisfied with your ANETIK online purchase, you may return some or all items in your order for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To return an ANETIK online purchase, please email the following information regarding your return to support@anetik.com

    6. Reason for Return: (Example) Wrong Size

Once your email is received we will reply with a Return Authorization and Shipping instructions. All returned Product must be returned UNUSED and in its original packaging. Please pack the product appropriately to ensure it is not damaged in transit. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for return shipments & costs.
